About the product
KGW-type heaters are designed to heat water in boilers, and KGO heaters are designed to heat light and medium oil. For both types of heating sets, the heaters are fixed in a steel mounting plate, and the electrical connection cover is a metal box.
KGW/KGO heating sets work in a star configuration, (we can also manufacture heating sets connected in triangle configuration). The heaters can operate at a tank pressure not higher than 0.4 MPa.
KGW heaters - heaters for heating water in boilers
The heater mounting sleeves are made of stainless steel, and the mounting plate is made of galvanized steel.
The acceptable water temperature is 100°C.

KGO heaters - heaters for heating oil in boilers
The heater mounting sleeves are made of brass, and the mounting plate is made of galvanized steel.
The acceptable oil temperature is 150°C.
KGO type heaters cannot be used to heat drinking water.

In order to provide you a price quote as quickly as possible, we will need a set of the following information:
- a photo or technical drawing of heating element
- heater type
- application of the heater (the device in which it will be used or the medium in which it will operate)
- expected operating temperature
- power [W] or resistance [Ω]
- voltage
- dimensions
- mounting method (head/threaded sleeve, flange, etc.)
- type of electrical connector or power cable
- for cables, please specify minimum length
- quatity
