Tubular heating elements
Tubular heating elements are made according to the Oakley-Kanthal technology as well as the OAKLEY INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED USA and KANTHAL devices. Due to the application of the highest quality materials and components of both well known and highly valued companies in this trade, our products achieve the advantages as follows:
-
high and stable quality of electric parameters;
-
high operational durability;
-
high surface load and high permissible maximum surface temperatures;
Tubular heating elements produced by TERMORAD meet technical standards of PN-EN 603351 as well as certificate which entitles mark "B" to be used.
Structure of tubular heating elements
Construction
1 - heating coil
2 - terminal point
3 - ceramic insulation
4 - sealing
5 - insulation powder
Lengths and diameters
Produced heating elements are 8,35 mm in diameter or 10 mm only after the agreement made in advance.
The length of the heating elements in straight condition is from 200 mm to 7200 mm.
Indicated voltage and power
Both indicated voltage and power are electric parameters dependent on individual requirements of our clients.
Bending and dead parts
Each of the heating element has on both ends so called dead parts. The length of these parts is adjusted to individual requirements of our client. The minimal length of the dead part is 25 mm.
Tubular heating elements are bent on the basis of drawings or samples delivered by the client. The only limitation is the minimal radius of bending, Rmin=10 mm, for the elements which are 8,35 mm in diameter.
