Selection of heating
In case of atypical elements or any other problems we offer professional counseling in the field of selection heating elements to the conditions of the work.
Well selected heating element should have specified its use as well as the conditions of the work, at the designing stage. Power, surface load, measurement of the elements are dependent on many factors. So that, it is necessary to specify the following parameters:
- usage (the type)
- heated medium (still air, forced air, water, thin oil, thick oil, others)
- power and voltage
- electric terminals
- required temperature of the environment
- measurement limitations
- the way of controlling temperature (if occurs)

Fastening elements
Heads and plates.
If it is necessary it is possible to use a heating set of a few single heating elements (1,2,3 or more elements). All the components of the set are assembled in the one single brass head (or steel) or plate. The advantages of such solution are:
- compact and esthetic construction
- economy of the assembly space
- simplified way of the electrical connections
The typical heads are made with G 5/4, G 11, G 2 threads.We also can manufacture heads or plates according to individual orders.
 
Sleeves.
Fastening sleeves are located at both ends of heating element in order to make it possible to fit the heating element precisely to the place of operation. Apart form typical sleeves it is possible to manufacture ones according to special demands of our clients.
The typically used sleeves are: M 14x1,5.
